About e-ISIN
A meeting place for capital and investment opportunities
e-ISIN is a platform operated by e-ISIN Ltd. In the e-ISIN application, companies and projects seeking capital present investor surveys and investment opportunities, and registered investors browse them, answer surveys and contact capital recipients.
Each survey and each investment opportunity is presented to one investor group: private investors, securities dealers or institutional investors.
e-ISIN is a technology, information and communication platform. It is not a securities dealer, intermediary, investment adviser or placement agent, nor an exchange or trading venue. It does not provide investment services or investment advice, and no transactions are carried out through the platform.

How capital recipients use e-ISIN
- Create an accountRegister as a capital recipient. The account is active immediately.
- Prepare the presentationPrepare an investor survey or the presentation of your investment opportunity in the application and choose the investor group.
- Publication and responsese-ISIN reviews the submission within 1 business day after payment; investor responses come to you in the application.
- Communicate directly with investorsInterested investors contact you and you continue the conversation directly. Any investment is agreed between you and the investor, outside the platform.

e-ISIN connects investors and capital recipients through investment opportunities and investor surveys. Once contact is made, both sides continue the conversation directly.
e-ISIN provides the information and communication infrastructure. It does not provide investment advice and does not arrange transactions; any investment is agreed between the parties, outside the platform.
Investor surveys
Find out about investor interest before you publish an investment opportunity
An investor survey asks one investor group, without obligation, whether they would be interested in a project and on what terms. Investors answer in the application; the capital recipient sees the results.
An investor survey does not require an existing security. It is for companies that decide on an issue based on the investors’ response; whoever already has the security publishes an investment opportunity directly.
