e-ISIN is a global platform connecting companies seeking capital with investors, enabling efficient financing through both capital markets instruments and direct investment structures.
The platform is operated by a London-based entity within the Tomes & Partners Corporation group, an international advisory group headquartered in New York, specializing in corporate and project financing. All key platform activities, including the distribution of investment opportunities and investor communication, are carried out through this London entity. Tomes & Partners also maintains a presence in Paris and Central Europe, providing local support to clients and projects.
Our core focus is to support companies in structuring and securing financing, while providing investors with access to curated investment opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.

The e-ISIN platform covers a broad range of transaction types, including:
- capital markets financing, typically through bonds, equities, and investment funds,
- direct investment structures, such as equity participation, joint ventures, private placements, and individually structured transactions with institutional investors.
The platform operates as a technological and communication interface between investors and capital seekers. It does not participate in the distribution chain or in the execution of transactions.
Its key value lies in direct access between investors and capital recipients, without intermediaries. This allows investors to:
- communicate directly with company management,
- receive immediate feedback,
- form their own independent view prior to making an investment decision.
The platform also enables online presentations of investment opportunities (so-called video roadshows), where capital seekers present their projects to investors in real time. Investors can actively participate, ask questions, and engage directly with presenting companies.
English is the standard communication language of the platform. However, during online interactions, advanced technologies allow participants to communicate in their native languages. As a result, investors from different regions – including Europe, Asia, and the United States – can interact seamlessly with capital seekers without language barriers, significantly enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of cross-border investment opportunities.
Today, the platform brings together a global network of more than 9,000 institutional investors and 450,000 retail investors, creating a highly efficient environment for capital allocation.
Transactions worth approximately €4.5 billion annually are facilitated through the platform.
With over a decade of experience in capital markets and cross-border financing, the Tomes & Partners group combines legal, financial, and distribution expertise to deliver efficient funding solutions for mid-sized and large-scale projects.
Our approach is based on:
- direct access to qualified investors
- efficient transaction structuring
- international capital distribution
In addition to operating the platform, the Tomes & Partners Corporation group and its partner entities provide capital seekers with complementary advisory services.
These services include in particular:
- preparation of legal documentation related to the issuance of securities, including prospectuses,
- support in structuring financing at the company or project level,
- support in accessing capital markets, including the listing of securities on exchanges, particularly within the European Union and the United Kingdom,
- preparation of contractual documentation between capital seekers and investors,
- advisory services in the area of direct investments, including joint ventures and individually structured transactions,
- cross-border financing, under which the group provides advisory services primarily to companies from the United States in connection with the issuance of securities on European markets. These services include the comprehensive preparation of the transaction structure, including the establishment of the legal and corporate framework, through to the introduction of the investment opportunity to capital markets within the European Union.
These services are provided separately and do not form part of the operation of the e-ISIN platform itself.
