The platform provides structured access to targeted investor groups within a defined and controlled environment.
The service is based on active and targeted positioning of the investment opportunity towards a relevant investor audience.
Access is organised in two main variants:
- Private Investor Access
- Institutional Investor Access
Each variant is designed to reflect the expectations, investment behaviour and decision-making processes of the respective investor group, including the scope of information, level of detail and communication format.
As part of the Investor Access Programs, issuers may request an Online Roadshow, representing a structured communication format between the investment opportunity and selected investors.
The Online Roadshow serves as a controlled communication channel, enabling:
- targeted interaction with relevant investors
- responses to specific investor questions within a defined framework
- more detailed explanation of key aspects of the investment opportunity
Communication takes place in a controlled environment and is intended for investors who meet the defined investment profile or have already entered the evaluation process.
The service includes AI-powered real-time simultaneous translation, allowing efficient communication without language barriers.
Private Investor Access Program
The program is designed for broad investor reach and diversified participation of private investors.
- creation and positioning of the investment opportunity within the platform environment
- structured availability of the investment opportunity within the platform interface for a period of 6 months
- access to a database of more than 450,000 registered private investors
- execution of repeated communication campaigns targeting the investor base
- implementation of online campaigns supporting reach and visibility of the investment opportunity
- processing and structured presentation of key economic indicators based on client-provided materials
- ability to upload and provide access to supporting documentation
- ongoing updates based on client-provided materials
- technical administration for the duration of the access period
How access is granted
Each investment opportunity is assessed for relevance and fit with the private investor base before access is confirmed.
Upon successful review, access is confirmed and final pricing agreed based on scope and quality of submitted materials.
Onboarding is initiated and the investment opportunity is positioned within the platform for the full 6-month period.

Instalment structure
Payment schedule: onboarding fee is due upon signing. The first instalment is due upon publication of the investment opportunity on the platform. Subsequent instalments are due monthly.
Standard pricing applies to opportunities that meet the platform's suitability criteria and are submitted with complete, well-structured materials. If additional preparation, adjustment or alignment of materials is required, the scope of services and pricing may be extended accordingly.

- ability to upload and provide access to supporting documentation
- ongoing updates based on client-provided materials
- technical administration for the duration of the access period
How access is granted
Each investment opportunity is assessed for suitability and readiness for institutional investor engagement before access is confirmed.
Upon successful review, access is confirmed and final pricing agreed based on scope and completeness of submitted materials.
Onboarding is initiated and the opportunity is positioned within the institutional investor section for the full 6-month period.
