e-ISIN is a trading name used by TOMES & PARTNERS Ltd.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the e-ISIN platform (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of the Services

The platform serves exclusively for the publication and making available of information about investment opportunities provided by third parties (providers of investment opportunities).

The platform does not act as a securities dealer, intermediary, investment advisor, placement agent, or in any other regulated capacity and does not provide investment services within the meaning of:

  • MiFID II
  • FCA COBS
  • the U.S. Securities Act of 1933
  • or any equivalent regulations in any jurisdiction

No transactions are carried out through the platform and neither the platform nor its operator offers or sells any securities or other investment instruments.

2. Investment Advice and Regulatory Positioning

All information available on the platform is provided solely for general informational purposes.

The platform:

  • does not provide investment advice
  • does not provide recommendations
  • does not assess suitability
  • does not assess appropriateness
  • does not provide any individualized investment assessment

Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments in any jurisdiction.

The platform does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by third parties.

Any investment decision is made solely at the user’s own responsibility.
