There are only two types of entities eligible to publish investment offers on the e-ISIN platform:

1. Institutional Investors Offering Investment Opportunities

If you are an institutional investor intending to offer investment opportunities to other institutional investors:

Please register on the e-ISIN platform and complete the verification process.
Once your account has been approved, you will gain access to the section for publishing investment offers.
Each offer must meet the platform’s professional standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Corporate Issuers Seeking Capital

If you are a company, issuer, or project owner seeking capital from institutional investors:

Please contact us first using the contact form available on the e-ISIN platform.
After reviewing your initial information, our team will reach out to you and explain the next steps for preparing and publishing your offer.
The minimum capital requirement for any published project is EUR 3,000,000.

All offers and submissions are subject to verification and approval by Tomes & Partners Ltd, the operator of the e-ISIN platform. Publication of an offer is possible only after successful verification and approval by the platform administrator.

Listing fees and commissions are determined based on the specific segment and the size of the project or realized capital. For this reason, individual pricing is provided upon request.
